The chefs receive an early morning surprise from Padma, who invites them to join guest judge Brooke Williamson for a clam-digging adventure in the Quickfire Challenge. Later, for the Elimination Challenge, the contestants pay tribute to James Beard's summer retreats by crafting both a hot and cold dish featuring one of his beloved ingredients, Dungeness Crab. This week, guest judges Kwame Onwuachi and Nina Compton will assist in deciding which chefs advance to the finale, adding an extra layer of excitement to the competition.
