Amar Santana teams up with Padma for this week’s Quickfire Challenge, celebrating Mother’s Day and Portland’s floral nickname, the “City of Roses.” The chefs are tasked with crafting a dish that incorporates roses or rose-infused ingredients, drawing inspiration from maternal figures in their lives. Following that, they'll face off in the inaugural Top Chef Drive-In, where each duo must prepare meals inspired by various movie genres. Their culinary creations must not only impress the judges, including Richard Blais, but also win the favor of the audience who will help determine the victor of each round.
