Top Chef (2006)

Episode Overview

In this episode, the chefs find themselves in an enchanting kitchen forest, where their usual prep tables have been swapped for stumps during the Quickfire Challenge. Their task is to whip up a dish centered around Tom's beloved ingredient: mushrooms. Following this, the Elimination Challenge pairs the contestants to craft a surf & turf dish using local fish and game, which they will serve to members of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla. Before diving in, they will sample some of the region's traditional foods. With a double elimination looming, Dale Talde joins the judging panel.
