In their inaugural solo challenge of the season, the contestants are taken aback when “Top Chef” Miami champion Hung Huynh arrives in the kitchen to present a task: create a dish inspired by Asian cuisine. But as always on “Top Chef,” complications arise. Accompanying Hung are the judges and esteemed chef Kiran Verma, as they prepare to cater to an audience of 100 at the show’s first-ever Asian Night Market.
