Episode Overview

T.C. and Cory are caught in a bank during a heist that escalates into a hostage crisis. Meanwhile, Palermo, Victor, and Chris rush to the beach to track down a quirky tech expert who has chosen a life of seclusion in a whimsical rickshaw.
