Episode Overview
A woman is held up by a tow truck driver, who then inadvertently causes a crash. Meanwhile, a hazardous chemical is released onto the highway. Ponch ends up getting affected by the spill, and when Jon tries to rush him to the hospital, Ponch is quite uncooperative in the process.
