Martha stands before the Supreme Court, representing Jackson Henderson in a high-stakes death row appeal. With time running out and Billy pressuring her, she confronts one of the most challenging legal battles of her life. Meanwhile, Clive comes to the unsettling realization that he isn't the best fit for defending Fatima Ali. Fearing the loss of George's support, he convinces Martha to take over the case, allowing him the opportunity to prosecute Jody Farr instead. Martha understands that for the truth to emerge, Fatima must advocate for herself.
