Episode Overview

Andy talks with Colin's parents about a possible treatment plan for the teen who remains in a coma. This decision leaves Amy devastated and Ephram enraged when Andy opts out of a risky surgery on her boyfriend. In another storyline, Delia is prohibited from hanging out with her only friend, Magilla (guest star Bret Loehr), after his parents catch them playing dress-up. Meanwhile, Dr. Trott, a traveling psychologist (guest star Jane Krakowski), arrives in town and begins to evoke strong feelings in several residents seeking her help, much to Dr. Abbott's annoyance.
