Episode Overview

Mick and Julia arrive at the Crossing to escape Julia’s daughter, Prue. The community welcomes them warmly, and Mick, an avid runner, takes the lead in arranging a charity “Fun Run” — a 20-kilometer marathon to benefit the RFDS. After the event, Mick retreats to his room to relax, but when Julia checks on him, she discovers he has died. Overcome with despair, she attempts to take her own life but is rescued, ultimately finding her strength to carry on.
