Episode Overview

Tom is caring for a girl named Kim, who has suffered burns on her hands. She develops feelings for him and begins to shadow him, which becomes awkward. During a clinic trip, she even sneaks into the cargo hold of the plane. When they eventually discover her, she has to spend the night with them. The next day, Kim learns that her mother is coming to see her, which deeply distresses her, leading her to run away. Tom finds her perched on a windmill and, despite challenges, manages to bring her down. They realize Kim has schizophrenia, and she will return to town for treatment.
