Episode Overview

David is transporting a man with a head injury to the hospital when he learns the man is a Vietnam veteran reluctant to discuss his past. The patient also suffers from a heart condition and needs a bypass surgery in Sydney, but he refuses, believing he has nothing to live for. After escaping the hospital, he is unexpectedly confronted by his daughter from Vietnam, whom he never knew existed. Together, they set out to find him, navigating various challenges along the way. Ultimately, the man ends up back in the hospital, and upon realizing his daughter cares for him, he agrees to the surgery. They prepare to head to Sydney together.
