Fred and Barney come to the rescue of a couple involved in a car crash, only to discover that the pair are none other than a transformed Count Rockula and his new spouse, "Poopsie." Despite their lingering fear of him, Rockula feels indebted to Fred and Barney. He makes every effort to win their friendship and proposes that they become "blood brothers."
