With Murphy unable to accompany him to their usual Press Club dinners, Frank makes the unexpected decision to attend solo. During the event, he faces accusations of being a lifelong bachelor, which leads him to visit Corky for advice. Her encouragement motivates him to "take the leap." To everyone's surprise, he ends up in a committed relationship with a girlfriend.
