Upon Frank's return from a story, Corky shares a tale about Murphy's attempt to outmaneuver her fellow newswomen for a coveted presidential interview. To gain an edge, Murphy decides to take Avery along to the White House Easter Egg Hunt. However, her plan backfires, resulting in her being banned from the White House once more.
