Episode Overview

Disregarding Teshima's pleas to stay back, Aoyagi rushes off to rescue Kaburagi, who has fallen behind the group. With Koga's support, Kaburagi starts to find his rhythm again, though he’s still not fully recovered. Suddenly, he spots Aoyagi! Mistaking him for another runner who's worn out, Kaburagi decides to push ahead, eager to make up lost ground. They soon catch up to the main pack. To help Kaburagi gain momentum, Aoyagi gives him a note from God, which contains the lyrics to a particular song, urging him to pick up the pace.
