Episode Overview

Stabler teams up with his new partner, Dani Beck, to look into the assault of a young woman named Nikki, who points to a well-known lawyer, Martin Trenway, as her attacker. The investigation hits a snag as they struggle to solidify the case against him. Things take a turn when another victim steps forward, but her credibility is shaky. Undeterred, Beck seeks out a woman from Trenway's past who might have crucial evidence to help bring him to justice, hoping to persuade her to reveal what she knows.
