Valley of the Wolves is a Turkish drama series that initially aired on Show TV, later moving to Kanal D and concluding its run on ATV. The story follows Polat Alemdar, an undercover agent who infiltrates the mafia following extensive plastic surgery. The narrative weaves in both direct and subtle allusions to Turkish politics and political history, seen through the lens of an agent working in secrecy. The series gained immense popularity in Turkey and even inspired a successful feature film titled Valley of the Wolves: Iraq.
