Episode Overview

Merle introduces a quirky new game involving hand puppets named Little Merle and Little Mary, much to Mary's amusement. Meanwhile, George pays a visit to Martha in the hospital, engaging in an unusual dialogue with a deceased individual. Mary reveals to Tom that she's taken a job as a ticket taker at the Bijou theatre, assuring him that he remains the primary provider. As Mae prepares to leave Fernwood for a fresh start in Chicago, she stops by the Hartman residence to bid farewell. However, Mary's new role at the Bijou takes a dangerous turn when she is held up at gunpoint.
