Episode Overview

TC and Paul spring into action when a crane falls on a worker at a bustling construction site. While Paul works desperately to rescue the trapped victim, a bystander accidentally tumbles into a hazardous gravel pit. Without hesitation, TC leaps into the pit, determined to reach the patient before the shifting gravel engulfs him. Back at the ER, Scott is rattled when the teenage boy he paralyzed returns with new health issues. Jordan offers her support as the emotionally charged situation brings up complex feelings from their past. Meanwhile, Drew confronts his true feelings for cystic fibrosis patient Brianna when a life-saving donor match is found.
