Episode Overview

After a bomb detonates outside the hospital, TC, Topher, and Drew face a critical choice: continue treating the injured or evacuate and transfer patients to other facilities. Tension escalates when TC realizes he might know the bomber. As the team tirelessly cares for the casualties, the nurses choose this moment to strike, adding to the chaos when the hospital needs them urgently. Simultaneously, Shannon and Paul try to address some unresolved personal issues during the harrowing night shift.
