Title: Main Floor Transformation Plot: Tim and Tarquin's growing family has made their home feel cramped. With limited bedrooms and awkwardly shaped walls on the main floor, they're at a crossroads. Designer Hilary teams up with Realtor David to address their housing dilemma. Hilary and her crew will tackle the main issues in the home to rekindle the family’s affection for it, while David searches for alternative properties that might entice them to move. Once the renovations are complete, Tim and Tarquin will face a tough choice: will they choose to embrace their revamped home or put it on the market?
