Episode Overview
David and Geneva purchased their fixer-upper hoping to create a spacious haven for their expanding family. However, after four years, the renovations remain unfinished, and Geneva is growing increasingly frustrated. While David believes the house just needs a bit more effort to become their ideal home for four, they face significant issues, starting with the oddly placed front door. The address is on one street, yet the entrance is located on another. Additionally, the chilly atmosphere and lack of privacy—especially with the kids’ room connected to the master—add to their woes. Tired of the awkward layout, they enlist the help of experts Jillian and Todd. Jillian and her team aim to transform the space into a stylish open concept, while Todd will persuade the family to consider a new house altogether. In the end, will they love their revamped home or decide to sell?
