Episode Overview
Title: Primal Scream Plot: In Atlanta, a series of brutal murders leaves four victims dead. The Violent Crimes Task Force (VCTF) is called to unravel the mystery behind these seemingly random killings. Although there are no witnesses, locals report an unsettling wailing sound heard around the time of each crime. Sam (Ally Walker) uncovers a pattern: all the murders occurred during rainfall. The team consults a psychologist who explains a rare syndrome that triggers violent behavior in certain weather conditions. Meanwhile, Jack awaits the release of Sharon Lesher (Traci Lords), a dangerous criminal, hinting at a dark partnership ahead. Back in Atlanta, Bailey (Robert Davi) fears for his daughter Frances (Heather McComb), who faces charges of attempted murder. Sam and her team begin questioning individuals known for violent tendencies.
