S02E03 It Cuts Both Ways
Episode Overview
Jack has returned, creating chaos alongside his deadly apprentice, Sharon Lesher (Traci Lords). The VCTF heads to New Orleans after a research librarian is murdered, bearing the hallmarks of Jack's work. Upon arrival, Sam (Ally Walker) notices discrepancies in Jack's usual methods, leading her to question her profiling of him. To gain new insights, she reaches out to a former professor. They conclude that Jack is entering a new phase in his obsession with Sam. As two more murders occur swiftly, it's clear Jack is leaving hints about this new chapter. Meanwhile, Bailey (Robert Davi) receives a call from his estranged daughter, Francis (Heather McComb), who defies his attempts to bring her back to Atlanta. George (Peter Frechette) finds himself facing his past when a corrupt lawyer pressures him for assistance with his computer skills.
