Overview
A decade ago, a strange spatial phenomenon known as "Heaven's Gate" manifested in South America, soon followed by "Hell's Gate" in Tokyo, drastically changing the sky and disrupting the landscape. The genuine stars vanished, replaced by illusions. This event triggered the rise of individuals with extraordinary abilities, referred to as "Contractors." After the catastrophic Heaven’s War, the United States saw its superpower status overtaken by a shadowy group called the Syndicate. The narrative follows a Chinese contractor known as "Hei" as he navigates a world of espionage and assassination in Tokyo.
