Episode Overview
Kao Chiu's brother-in-law, Liang Chung Shu, serves as the governor of Peking, where the affluent Lu Chin-I and his daughter Feng Hsien reside. Unbeknownst to Lu, Liang and Lu's wife are having an affair and plotting to seize Lu's wealth, which is crucial for Liang Po's future. After a meeting with Lin Chung, Lu Chin-I is suddenly accused of treason and taken captive. As rebels mobilize to free him, only Feng Hsien is aware that Kao has set a trap for their rescue attempt.
