Matlock (1986)

Episode Overview

Mike Wilson pleads with Matlock to assist his wife, Janice, who is facing serious charges. When Matlock meets Janice's lawyer and mentions Mike's conversation with him, the lawyer thinks it's a joke since Janice is on trial for Mike's murder. Coming to terms with the fact that he's seeing a ghost, Matlock conducts his own investigation and persuades Janice to let him represent her. However, the case proves to be more complex than anticipated, as nearly everyone connected to Mike seems to have had a motive to kill him.
