Episode Overview

Matlock visits a law class to discuss his experiences, and the topic of 'the perfect murder' arises. When student Eddie Price suddenly goes missing following a confrontation with Mark Randall, the university suspects that Matlock's talk may have inspired a student to commit murder. To vindicate himself, Matlock teams up with Leanne to involve the students in the search for Eddie. As they dig deeper, they discover that Eddie wasn't just connected to Mark; he also had ties to Bobby Simpson, as they all had dated the same girlfriend.
