Nancy Stafford

Nancy Elizabeth Stafford, born on June 5, 1954, is a talented American actress, author, and speaker, celebrated for her diverse roles in television and stage productions. She gained widespread recognition in the late 1980s for portraying Michelle Thomas, the trusted law partner and friend of Ben Matlock, played by Andy Griffith, in the popular series "Matlock," where she remained from 1987 until 1992. Following her success on "Matlock," Stafford took on the role of Judge Bell in the series "Judging Amy."
