Jessica Walter
Jessica Walter (January 31, 1941 – March 24, 2021) was a celebrated American actress whose career spanned over six decades. She gained recognition for her standout performances in notable films such as Play Misty for Me (1971), Grand Prix, and The Group (both released in 1966). Walter became a household name for her iconic role as Lucille Bluth on the critically acclaimed sitcom Arrested Development, where her comedic timing and delivery left a lasting impact. Additionally, she lent her voice to the character Malory Archer on the hit animated series Archer on FX.
Walter honed her craft at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre in New York City, where she developed her skills as a performer. Her versatility allowed her to take on various roles, including a series regular in the first season of 90210 and the voice of Fran Sinclair in the family-oriented series Dinosaurs.
