Julia Nickson

Julia Nickson, born on September 11, 1958, is a talented actress of Singaporean-American descent. While pursuing her studies at the University of Hawaiʻi, she began her journey in the entertainment industry as a model in Honolulu. It was during this time that she made her theatrical debut in a production of The Winter's Tale. Following her training in acting and involvement in community theater, Nickson landed notable roles, including appearances on the iconic television series Magnum, P.I. Her breakout role came in 1985 when she starred as the female lead in the action film Rambo: First Blood Part II, solidifying her place in Hollywood. In 1992, she showcased her versatility alongside action star Chuck Norris in the film Sidekicks.

Nickson's personal life saw her married to actor David Soul from 1987 until their divorce in 1993. Together, they welcomed a daughter, China Soul, who has followed in her mother’s artistic footsteps as a singer and songwriter.
