Plot

When the Chinese-American Xiao matriarch passes away, her estranged children—one brother and three sisters—are thrust together for a traditional funeral steeped in cultural rituals. Despite their shared animosity towards their overbearing mother, nicknamed "The Dragon Lady," familial tensions run high as old grievances resurface.
