Lillo Brancato, Jr. (born March 30, 1976) is a Colombian-American actor best recognized for his compelling portrayal of Calogero 'C' Anello in Robert De Niro's acclaimed 1993 film, *A Bronx Tale*. His career features notable performances such as Russell Vossler, a radio operator in the 1995 thriller *Crimson Tide*, and Benitez in the 1994 comedy-drama *Renaissance Man*. Additionally, Brancato gained fame for his role as Matthew Bevilaqua, a young mobster in the iconic TV series *The Sopranos*.

Brancato's life took a dramatic turn in December 2005 when he was implicated in a burglary in the Bronx, which resulted in the tragic shooting of off-duty police officer Daniel Enchautegui. Although he was acquitted of murder, he faced a conviction for first-degree attempted burglary, leading to a 10-year prison sentence. His co-defendant, Steven Armento, was found guilty of the lethal shot. After serving time, Brancato was released on parole on December 31, 2013.

Following his release, Brancato has made efforts to return to acting, appearing in several films, and continues to pursue opportunities in the entertainment industry. His journey reflects both the highs of a promising acting career and the challenges of personal adversity.
