Belinda Peregrín Schüll, born on August 15, 1989, in Madrid, is a celebrated Spanish-Mexican singer and actress, widely recognized by her first name, Belinda. She embarked on her artistic journey at a tender age of ten, making her debut as a child actress. In 2002, she signed a contract with BMG, and by 2003, she launched her first album, aptly titled *Belinda*. Over the next decade, she emerged as a key player in the Latin pop scene, earning the nickname "the princess of Latin pop," thanks to her chart-topping hits like "Boba chica nice" and "Ángel." Her collaboration with the band Moderatto on "Diriendo lento" further solidified her status.

In 2006, Belinda released her sophomore album, *Utopia*, showcasing her songwriting talents with tracks such as "Light Without Gravity." This period also marked her film debut in the Disney production *The Cheetah Girls 2*.
