Zoey Francis Chaya Thompson Deutch is a talented American actress born into a creative family, with her father being director Howard Deutch and her mother, actress-director Lea Thompson. She first captured public attention through her performances in the film *Everybody Wants Some!!*, the Netflix series *The Politician*, and the romantic comedy *Set It Up*.

Deutch's acting journey began with appearances in the Disney Channel series *The Suite Life on Deck* (2010–2011) and the CW's crime drama *Ringer* (2011–2012). Her film career took off with a credited role in the gothic romance *Beautiful Creatures* (2013), followed by a notable performance in the fantasy horror flick *Vampire Academy* (2014), which earned her a nomination for a Teen Choice Award.
