Teresa Wright (October 27, 1918 – March 6, 2005) was a distinguished American actress whose remarkable talent graced both the big screen and television. She made a striking debut in 1941 with her role in The Little Foxes, which earned her an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. The following year, she won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her compelling portrayal in Mrs. Miniver, solidifying her status as a leading actress.
