Plot

At a mayoral convention in San Francisco, Steve Fisk, the rugged ex-longshoreman and mayor of Puget City, crosses paths with Clarissa Standish, the educated and dedicated mayor of Winona, Maine. Despite their stark differences, the chemistry between them sparks excitement and mischief throughout the event.
