Plot

In the conservative town of Lynnfield, the scandalous novel "The Sinner" ignites outrage among its residents, unaware that its author, Caroline Adams, is actually Theodora Lynn, a member of the town's elite. When carefree book cover artist Michael Grant discovers her identity, he is determined to liberate her from the constraints of her small-town life. However, Michael harbors his own secrets, leading to unexpected twists as he experiences the consequences of his actions. As tensions rise, both characters must confront their realities and desires.
