Plot
Kameda, recently released from an asylum in Okinawa, makes his way to Hokkaido, where he finds himself entangled with two women: the devoted Taeko and the ambitious Ayako. While Taeko develops deep feelings for Kameda, she is also pursued by Akama, who becomes increasingly desperate as he realizes he cannot win her love. Consumed by jealousy and despair, Akama's dark thoughts lead him down a path of violence, ultimately culminating in tragic consequences that affect the lives of all involved.
