Plot

Britannia Hospital, a prestigious English facility, prepares for a grand anniversary celebration featuring a visit from the Queen Mother. However, investigative journalist Mick Travis, sent to report on the event, discovers chaos instead. The hospital is embroiled in conflicts with striking workers, aggressive unions, and violent protests.
