Plot

Paul Rémy, a well-known theatre manager, finds himself in a dire situation when his general secretary, Andrieux, accuses him of murdering his partner. To evade the authorities, Paul follows his wife Mona's suggestion and seeks refuge in a psychiatric hospital. Meanwhile, Andrieux takes advantage of the situation by charming Mona, leading her to betray Paul and turn against him.
