Plot

Jeff Wilson, proprietor of a struggling circus, faces financial ruin when his partner, Carter, demands a $10,000 payment. Before Jeff can settle the debt, Carter's henchmen swipe the cash, enabling him to seize control of the circus. With the odds stacked against them, Antonio Pirelli and Punchy, two loyal circus performers, team up with lawyer Loophole to track down the thief and recover the stolen funds.
