Plot
Colonel Custer, a staunch advocate for Native American rights, faces dismissal from his military position and an unwelcome retirement. Seizing a new opportunity, he is persuaded by Senator Blaine to pursue a presidential campaign. Ambition drives Custer to seek glory by attempting to overshadow General Terry during the pivotal Battle of Little Bighorn. His desire for recognition leads him down a tumultuous path, ultimately challenging his principles and the fate of his legacy.
