Plot

Set in the quaint town of Rockwell, Maine, during October 1957, "The Iron Giant" tells the story of a massive metal creature that forms a bond with a young boy named Hogarth. As their friendship develops, the Iron Giant discovers its own humanity, ultimately rising to the occasion to protect the townspeople from their own fears and biases.
