Plot
Stroud, the determined editor of a crime magazine, finds his vacation plans derailed once more when a beautiful blonde is found dead. His publisher, Janoth, tasks him with uncovering the murderer. As Stroud delves deeper into the case, he faces the challenge of sabotaging his own talented investigative team, who are inadvertently piecing together a case against him. With the noose tightening and the truth becoming murky, Stroud must navigate a treacherous path to clear his name and uncover the real culprit before time runs out.
