Plot

Chuck Steel, renowned as the best cop on the force by his beleaguered boss, Captain Jack Schitt, faces new challenges in 1986. Following the Governor of LA's drastic cut to club hours, a series of mysterious high-profile disappearances erupt, all leaving behind bloodied scenes yet no victims. The investigation takes a turn when one victim escapes, leading Chuck to a hospital interview. There, he encounters a wild old man, Abraham Van Rental, who warns him of a terrifying new threat: the TRAMPIRES, a grotesque fusion of vampires and homeless men poised to terrorize Los Angeles.
