Plot
Cabiria, a young girl, is abducted by pirates and sold into slavery in Carthage. As she faces a grim fate as a sacrifice to Moloch, she is miraculously saved by Fulvius Axilla, a kind-hearted Roman spy, and his formidable companion, Maciste. Their reunion is short-lived, as Cabiria is placed under the care of a noblewoman, while Maciste faces punishment for his bravery, and Fulvius is dispatched to fight for Rome. The uncertainty of their futures leaves audiences questioning whether these three heroes will ever come together again.
