Plot

Corey and his skateboarding friends thrive on fun and romance, steering clear of serious trouble. However, their carefree lifestyle clashes with the ruthless Daggers, a rival crew led by Tommy Hook, who enjoys causing chaos at Venice Beach. Tensions rise when Corey begins dating Tommy’s sister, Chrissy, igniting the Daggers' fury. The conflict escalates as they prepare for the "L.A. Massacre," an intense and perilous skate race set on a treacherous canyon road, where rivalries will be tested and friendships will be challenged.
