Plot

Set in a near-future desert landscape, two wanderers discover an astonishing gold nugget, igniting a fierce desire for wealth. They devise a scheme to mine their treasure, but as one departs to gather equipment, the other is left behind to guard it. Isolated amidst the brutal environment, he faces relentless heat, aggressive wild dogs, and enigmatic trespassers. As days pass, his growing paranoia about being forsaken intensifies, forcing him to confront not only the dangers outside but the darker aspects of human nature as desperation takes hold.
