Plot

Mayor candidate Mike Rhodes is abducted from his Los Angeles home by masked terrorists, leaving his wife Kelly fighting for her life. Surviving the attack, she identifies one of the assailants and finds herself under police protection as the investigation unfolds. Meanwhile, ruthless bounty hunter Ruger seeks revenge for her partner’s murder. Using Kelly as bait, Ruger embarks on a perilous mission to lure Cavanough, the deranged crime lord orchestrating the kidnapping, out of the shadows. Tension escalates as Ruger navigates a deadly game of cat and mouse in pursuit of justice.
